a. If the response is “phone number not recognized”, contact your community's system manager to update your number.
b. If the response is “error”, remove the app and try registering again. If the problem persists, contact support.

Check that you approved notifications on entry. You can enable them via Settings › Apps › AVIA NG.
In an emergency your phone beeps with a message about the event. Mark “coming” or “not coming” (the default is “coming” once you've seen the message). Watch the training video to understand the emergency flow.
In an emergency the phone beeps (it stops when you open the app or after 30 seconds). You'll receive relevant messages and should mark your status: OK / distress / not home but in the community / off-site. Read the guide or watch the training video.
